Tower of babel build

Hey,
For an upcoming server we need a Tower of Babel build.
In theory it would be an event Maze/KingOfTheHill/Koth so we need something big.
In idea if you look at some images of the tower it would be multiple coliseums going higher and higher and the final cap point at the top in a little coliseum with also the maze effect and multiple cap points inside of the build.
The build isn't 100% sure but if you are interested we do not need it fast but we want it big pretty and as we want it, price isn't a problem but we want it to be affordable.
Thanks for the help and I think this build is ogingto be interesting for a lot of you.
