Greetings dear BYB people, a few months ago, I started work on a Towny Minecraft server which focuses on a solid economy that aims to bring a more serious approach to the genre. As the project planning reaches its end, I am starting to see the hole left in by the lack of staff. I am looking for some volunteers (which, in the future, will be paid) to assist me in creating this server.
Social Media and Community Manager (1x) - Your job consists of successfully advertising the server, creating content on social media and hosting events, gamenights, giveaways, etc for the community.
Config Master / Developer (2x) - Your job consists of assisting me in setting up plugins, managing the backend of the server and taking care of bugs and such.
Head of Staff (1x) - Your job consists of hiring, managing and taking care of fellow staff members.
Gamemaster (Moderator) (2x) - Your job consists of giving users a pleasant experience, being a guide and generally taking care of the server and its well-being.
