Looking for a towny spawn island.
I need the following:
For an overall theme. I like Victorian/old-modern.

I need the following:
- Linear design - No faction spawns said to be "survival" spawns. One spawn point, one way throughout the spawn.
- NPC areas - Spread out, but localized NPC shop areas. They need to be themed or able-to-be themed. I do not want all the NPCs to be in one area. The more "wow" factor when entering an NPC area the better..
- Statistics area - Leaderboards, recent donations, top voters, top donors etc. This must be inside of a building, nothing outside and boring. Inside should be able-to-be themed similar to point 2.
- Nature themed - Towny servers enjoy the "nature" and "peaceful" aspect of the server. The spawn should be centered around grass, leaves, water and of course trees.
- Center piece - Must have a center piece. A tree or even a statue would be great. Ability to connect the buildings from the tree via small "ropes" would add to spawn.
- Portal area - Of course the obvious wild portal and I'll need a market and dungeon portal.
- Crate area - Need 4-5 crates, all themed or being able-to-be themed
For an overall theme. I like Victorian/old-modern.
