[Towny] Looking for Co-Owner

Looking for a co-owner who can help me setup and manage my server.

I have a unique way of building a player base to help boost the server.
What is it simple I am a player! And I play with my players and thats one of the reasons I need a co-owner.

When I had my last towny server and ones before I have reached 25-30 withing the first week.

The server will need to be completely done without any flaws. 80% done at the moment.

What Needs to be done.
- Rank Ups
- Donor Ranks Decided
- Perms
- Mini Games/Events to keep players entertained. Such as spleef and parkour.

What I am looking for?
- Someone alteast 16 and mature.
- Someone who is not afraid to ban a player even if they say they "might" donate but they are annoying.
- Someone knowledgeable about plugins and does not mind doing configurations.
