Towny Name & Plugin Suggestions

I am currently working on a Towny server, and I would like to make the best I can. So, I come forward and ask what YOU would like to see in a towny server? Ideas for custom plugins I can have made for this.

I also need a name for the server.
Who ever gives the best name suggestion will get $3 PP.
