Towny Server - Made $1.5k+

Okay not here to trash the thread but your BIN is stupidly high..
1. Playerbase, you don't keep a steady PB.
2. Donations are low..
3. My server made $800 this month, and gets 10-20 players on every day currently and yet the highest I can sell it for is probably $1.2k and a lot of stuff on both realms are custom.. So I am so confused how you got this BIN for this server. The forums still need work as it's just a theme with a logo. Nothing special.. As it's the default new Xenforo theme.
4. The banner is just a simple woodbunch banner. Not even a good custom banner to add value.
5. Discord barely has anyone in it..
Once again, not hating. Just pointing out many points to this server and problems with the SB and BIN.
I honestly would only pay around $100-$300 for this server. This is just me. Others may say less, others may say more.
Overall, in-game the server has many features and looks very promising..

As stated in the thread, players are waiting for updates. I've seen a less monitized towny server sell for over $1200 with only a 5 player base and was simply vanilla. I believe the BIN is appropriate for a towny server. There are very few of them which makes this more desirable. The server in-game is extremely customized. The server has also had 0 advertising, hence the jumpy activity. Everything has been gathered from one thread on a minecraft server website.
I haven't put any money into advertising my network either yet I have 300+ discord members and a 10-20 playerbase for two skyblock realms.. There is literally another towny server on MCM right now that wants $100+ for it. Has two realms and gets more players than you.
I never hated on the server in-game. I stated it was nice and etc.. I think it's so stupid if you saw a towny server sell for 1.2k that was basically vanilla because that is so sad.. I'm sorry, I just think this BIN and SB are so stupid and it amazes me. That means when I sell my network, I'm going to make the BIN 5k. And point everyone to you / this remark. I'm sorry, if this is "trashing" I just want those who are interested to know. I was truly interested in the name/artwork/setup but than it just lacks stuff for a BIN/SB to me.
Also in the thread, PM if you have an issue with the price or move on. You're just trashing now.

1850 usd for a server that is like this i bet you are joking i'd suggest opening an appraisal thread and asking people first before charging that amount because seriously ur overpricing it.
