Towny Server: Need Partner to pay for start up cost.

Hello I'm Tyler(Stonality)

For a few years now I've been playing on multiple Towny servers never being able to find the right one. So recently I've gotten interested in starting up my own. Sadly for me to find out that it's takes a bit of money for the start up.
So I've done me research on prices of spawn maps and server host and such.

With the research I've done I've figured I need about $400-500 for the start up, that includes a year of uptime, a premium spawn map, and premium plugins such as mcmmo, ultra perms.
Through more research I've and more opinions I only need about $100-150 for start up unlike the small text above .

I'm myself NOT looking to make money off of this but I will indeed be wanting to add donor ranks for server profit, there for 100% profit that the server makes goes to who ever is willing to pay for the start up cost.

And as a partner I believe that every thing other then profit should be split 50/50 there for if there is any decision making with feature of the server we both have to agree on it. (Eventually we could get higher ranked staff members opinions as well)

I would suggest for you to gain the funds that are needed to run this project and then start the project. Instead of bringing someone in for mainly the money, get the money yourself so you get 100% of the profits and spend it on the server.

If I could get that funds then I wouldn't even need to be here, because In the partnership I'll be doing most of the confirmation work and such, and I don't really want to make money off of the server. If I could get all those funds the server would already be done.

What you should do is focus on getting the cost down. With your rep and you wanting someone else put money into the project, you will be lucky to find someone. Also I don't know why the cost is that much. I was able to make a great custom faction server that made well over 3k profit for a cost of only 250.

I made a prison server with $3 that made $3,000 in 6 months. It's about quality and dedication (and some luck) not money.

Typically you need about 2 months of hosting, a domain, website hosting a discord and some luck. tbh with scale you need about 45-50 bucks to get started.

I would be happy to invest and help you set it up, provided that you have a completed spawn and a knowledge of the plugins etc you need to get your server going.

I have extra hosting server resources I can tap and setup for you.

I'm not only looking for money, I'm looking for a partner that will help me with big decisions. All big things always come from small things, servers like Mineplex or hypixel didn't become massive in one day.
