Towny server needed 1.16.5 native

Hey so I've made towny servers before (configured) and I'm really rusty and the economy and other stuff are always unbalanced so I'm looking for a setup that atleast has
- fishing area
- crates area (configured)
- parkour
- some top holograms
- a few economy earning features
- miner set (do mention the price of this seperately) (it basically gives haste and fire res on full iron set)

And a spawn of course
and maybe even other stuff not rlly sure. If anyone knows or can make a setup that includes or is similar to what I've requested please do reply and ya my budget is currently 15$ so ya hope we negotiate

You might think if I wanted a Towny server I could just add the plugin to a random survival server, wrong... Towny itself is a gamemode and when adding features they need to be towny friendly aka towny should make sense.[DOUBLEPOST=1639102269][/DOUBLEPOST]Plus I don't need a server anymore so yes :tup:
