Towny Server / Survival Server

Hey,

I am currently looking for a Towny Server / Survival Server to purchase and just work on as a dedicated small project. I currently don't have a budget really, we can discuss such things if I find myself entranced by a server you can offer up. I am also interested in partnerships / co-owning if that is what you'd prefer.

Requirements:
- Completed Server Files
- A player base (I really do not care if it is small, but as long as there is a player base I am okay)
- Discord for the Server

Optional (These are things I'd find handy but I am not super fussed):
- Website
- Active Staff Team (Even if it is small)
