Towny / Survival Spawn - Prebuilt or Custom

Hi, I am currently looking for a pre-built or custom Towny spawn.

I need the following:
  • Linear design - No faction spawns said to be "survival" spawns please. One spawn point, one way throughout the spawn.
  • Statistics area - Leaderboards, recent donations, top voters, top donors etc. This would preferably be inside of a building.
  • Nature themed - Towny servers enjoy the "nature" and "peaceful" aspect of the server. The spawn should be centered around grass, leaves, water and of course trees.
  • Centerpiece - A tree or even a statue would be great. Ability to connect the buildings from the tree via small "ropes" would add to spawn.
  • Portal area - We're going to need a wild portal, a market and a dungeon portal.
  • Crate area - Need 4-5 crates, all themed or being able-to-be themed
  • NOT overbuilt - We're looking for something that doesn't feel too overwhelming to first time MC players.
I represent a 3500+ member discord server (which is a month old and growing quickly) and we're looking at launching our minecraft server with the Nether update, so it'd be nice for the spawn to require as little modification as possible to launch with 1.16.

This project is time sensitive so if you're not able to work on it immediately or have something in the works that would be suitable i'd rather not was your time or ours.
