Hi there, I'm looking for a new york building theme'd towny spawn See: https://i.imgur.com/j8op2SL.jpg. I've drawn up a template layout that I'd like the base of it to be; See: https://i.imgur.com/auHt3Fk.jpg

Requirements:

• Colorful - Good use of different materials that fits the "new yorker" theme
• Nature needs to be core. Not overgrown, but healthy with trees/leaves (No vines)
• Buildings need to flow together - No cut and paste buildings, needs to be smooth
• Well designed interiors that are customization - Needs to be able to be changed
• Good communication between me & builder, no ticket system.
• Crate Area - Well designed, happy and welcoming crate area.

Budget & Time Frame:
• $70-$110 (Depends on time required to build)
• No time frame currently, although in a reasonable amount of time, 1-1.5 weeks.
