tp between worlds

I need a plugin that give's me the ability to chose whether a player can direct teleportation and not direct teleportation or "tpa" and "tp" between worlds. Preferably with a folder where I can allow which worlds they can be tp to and which worlds they can not be. Hopefully something like this,

Allowed Worlds:
- world
- bigcity
- city2
- nonpvpworld

Disabled worlds
- survival
- nether


the allowed worlds you can tp in whatever world you want to but you cant tp from world to survival and so forth. Msg me if you can do this!
