TPS issue

Does anyone know the issue where you preloaded, but when you do /wild or if you fly around it drops the tps like you haven't preloaded. Kind of strange, as i've done many timings reports.

I know I am a little late but maybe preloading chunks before releasing would help a lot.
Loading in new chunks does make massive lag.
