Well if there is already a made one i'm down to use it or to look at one but, if I can't find one, then I will look into having someone make one for me.

PvPWars had a brother named PvPingMC, where I was staff on twice. And they were using that plugin too on factions. And there was a glitch to remove items after both parties had confirmed

I've been using it on mine for a while and I've had no reported incidents. But I seem to recall what you are talking about we had something like that on pvpwars but ….they fixed it?
