Traffic Lights

Suggested name: Traffic Lights

What I want: Hello everyone, thanks for entering this post. This plugin is as it says, Traffic lights. Everything is working on a timer, after the traffic light has been set, there will be either a red or a green light for each side, then it'll switch. Not sure how it'll all work, but it needs to be able to switch on and off maybe every 5 seconds or more.

It would be blocks such as yellow terracotta, green terracotta, and red terracotta.

How to set it up:
1. Build the place you want the traffic lights to be and build the traffic lights where 2 black concrete is one above the other.
2. do the command /newtraffic to make a new traffic light (so it will know which lights to make red and which green)
3. Then you would click on the lights on the top of the traffic light or either look at them with a command and say /setred and then go to the other one and do /setgreen. So then they switch at different times.
4. Then do the command /activatetraffic to make it start.

Note: If you want, you can create a remove traffic light command.

Ideas for permissions: traffic.create (if you have this, you can make all of the commands above)
