Hello,
In my opinion (and most youtubers opinion)
1. Leaving trailers up forever makes your channel look unprofessional.
2. If my channel was to blow up, a trailer would continue to grow high in views even if it was paid to get the amount I get right now.
3. Trailers are usually uploaded days before a release, after the release has happened they are pointless.
