I'm not positive, but 2 people have told me that vouch copies are allowed, but reputation copies are not. Just saying what I've been told, not sure it's fact.

I am not too sure I wouldn't of thought they're not as it is just supporting a user.

You can have vouch copies but not reputation copies:

9.3 Do not hint, tip, or request a specific reputation rating on yourself or another member.
9.4 Do not use reputation as a currency, reward, or condition.

However what you can do is say that you want reputation, just not specify what type.
