There has been multiple times when the staff have completely no idea about the rules and multiple times rejected my reports for people asking for VC when it clearly states in the rules asking for VC is only allowed via PMs. Another example is that the staff don't hardly ever have an answer when asked a question and are like make a support request and ask, etc. This leads me to create this suggestion to TRAIN the staff better and teach them the rules better and give better answers rather than "make a support request and ask" like that isn't helpful at all.
