Transfer files to a new server

Okay so I had an old skyblock server back on 1.8 that I closed. I still have the files and I purchased my host hoping that I can get some help on how to upload all these files to the new server. I can't seem to find any threads on it so if anyone can help me I do have skype.

I know, but I dont know how to replace the files that come with the server with the ones I currently have of my old server.

Delete every single file that comes with the server and just copy over the other files?

Well I just remove the plugins directory and replace it basically and add in the worldmaps also if tjere js any.
