Quick question. Does anyone know of any program or function either from a website or Paypal thing that requires more than one person's permission to move and send funds? Such as if I wanted to send some money to Bob, and Mark is my other Owner, both of us should require each others (2/2) permission or signature (electronic) to send the funds.
