Hello!

I’m seeking a plugin which uses packets from protocol lib to determine a player’s selected language in their minecraft settings, and translate all chat messages into their language using a translation API. (E.g. google translate)

This really shouldn't cost much, probably the only issue is finding an language api (yes google translate's api but I believe it costs money.)
