Hello guys,

Today I am going to be selling my custom Factions server as I am no longer interested in owning and managing a factions server.

Info about the server
The server is fully custom developed (of course expect from Essentials and a few others but you get what I mean). The factions core has been forked and developed to fit the server as well as all of our content like bosses, quests, custom enchants and more. We are also running a forked version of tacospigot that fixes cannoning.

TreasureRealms' player base is not at its highest as it used to be but with proper advertisement this server can succeed. It is a fully custom server with many great features to it but just didn't get enough publicity.

All custom plugins are developed by professional developers and have been programmed to industry standards. Along with getting the jar files for the custom plugins, you will also get the source code that will be transferred to you on Github.

Around $1200 would be ideal. However that is down for discussion, this server's plugins etc. value at a lot more than that. You can easily make all that money back as we made $1000 with little to no players

If theres no players, You must of made the money when you had players.

Also,
A Server is NEVER worth more then what it made. Unless the player base is godly and it keeps making tons of money each day.

Fair enough! However, I disagree. This server is probably the smoothest to run considering:

- No errors in the console
- Everything is optimised
- No lag (Constant 19.9-20 tps)
- Friendly community

I mean just the plugins alone are worth two times more than the BIN price.

To get players you just need to be able to get youtubers. Otherwise, server wise it is complete.

Vouch for Splodge.

Now, to whom buy this server, most of your plugins will have to be deleted due to copyright taken out by myself on my own plugins when i worked there. They may be re-coded but at the end of the day, they're mine and the copyright does exist. I allowed Splodge to use them after i left due to him being a close friend.

Thank you for the vouch, however, none of the plugins used are from you or xerty. We recoded everything when you left.

Which also I understand where you are coming from however you did not code any of the plugins I used even while you were co-owner, I paid for them making them in my ownership.

Considering your player base is at 0 and I was told you needed to shut down due to copy right issues I dont think anyone should want to buy this server. It is a flat copy of Treasure Wars and will most likely run into legal battles.

You obviously have no clue how the legal system works. If you would like me to teach you about the legal system please pm on discord @ Splodgebox#3490....
PS There are no legal issues with the server

Thats what was told to me. Anyway the player base has hit 0. No one plays and the website is shut down.

This is for selling the FACTIONS server. Why do you care about the website? That was never included in the purchase anyway as it has never been stated in the post.

Its about players. If people wanted to buy it they would be taking it from nothing.

It's the server we are selling. All of the factions server cost way more than you think. Just the plugins from myself and the other developer cost more than what splodge is selling this for. It has also been stated in the post that the playerbase is low
