Hello everyone, I'm Starfruit, the owner of TreeGrounds.

Note that this is copy and edited version of my previous staff recruitment message. Also I made a separate section for storyline writers, click here to go to the thread.

Welcome to TreeGrounds! Become a part of an adventure story game! Work behind the scenes with our staff, and you’ll see how it grows. It is a big project that is currently in place.
Hopefully it will get popular one day, but to reach the spot we need more staff that can help with building, creating the game, and making the plot.
All positions are voluntarily. We can't pay right now, but in the future if the server grows big, we'll have plans to pay the staff. You’ll also get special staff perks when the server releases, and I’ll make sure you shine through the light.

We need builders who can make a custom map, open world. We need buildings like New York City, roads, and landscapes. You can use any plugin such as world edit to help you make the map.

We need devs that can make custom plugins, story, mobs, items/etc. Extra points if you know how to create custom skins for the mobs.

We need Storyline Writers to create the plot and how the story should be. It should be a few hours long, so it will be pages long.

I need you guys to hear my words.
I really need staff members. I have been devless for months, short staffed for months.
All my devs usually leave within a month, because of school or work.

I have been dreaming of TG to become successful, and I an really struggling to achieve this dream. I don't want to give up or all of my time, effort, and money will go down to waste.

Even if I pay most of my staff, who knows how they'll do? For the ones that I don't know, will they actually do it for fun too, not just for the money? Will they actually commit to the job? The one thing I am afraid is losing more money because of this.

If you guys know anyone who have a lot of time to make plugins for TG, let me know. Or else I may have to do it myself and use skript or something to better understand coding...along with building/worldpainter...and do the whole plot myself. School is coming soon so this is gonna take another year.

I really need advice and help. I don't want to give up on my dream. Thank you for reading, and please contact here or the discord linked above if you have any tips to help me.
