Hello MC-Market Community, I am RandyRaddzz or Franche Bancho!

Today, I will be selling Trexic Studios on behalf of the company.

What does Trexic Studios come with?
With the purchase of Trexic Studios, the user will receive the following:
  • Both the @TrexicStudios and @PlayTrexicGames Twitter accounts
  • Ownership of Trexic Studios' Games: Starr and Surge (both have over 100 active users)
  • Ownership of ETV+ and its content (was a streaming network purchased by Trexic Studios)
  • Ownership of all art made for Trexic Studios/PlayTrexicGames projects (includes Starr and Surge)
  • Ownership of all Trexic Studios domains: trexic.tk, trexicstudios.tk, starrgame.tk, surgegame.tk
  • Access to the Trexic Studios Mail Account
Why is the company being sold?
Our former CEO resigned a little over a week ago, and our interim CEO has decided the best choice for the company is for it to be sold.

Few things to mention...
  1. You are using a freenom .tk domain?
  2. Is this "company" legally registered? If so, where?
  3. Mind linking any of your content?
  4. Do you have an metrics to display for any of your content?
  5. What type of licensure/ownership of assets is transferred?
  6. Why is the website for http://trexicstudios.tk/ a template blog page? No SSL?
  7. What do you mean by "Access to the Trexic Studios Mail Account"? Why not ownership as well?
I could go on, but for now, please answer these questions.

1. The company was, yes - the brand "Trexic" was previously a Minecraft Network, and still is. In order to not confuse users (as Trexic, the Minecraft Network switched domains multiple times), we decided to use .tk domains for Trexic Studios
2. The company was in the process of being registered before our CEO resigned, the company isn't registered currently.
3. Unfortunately, I can't post any links on MC-Market. If you would like to view/play our current games you can use: www.starrgame.tk or www.surgegame.tk

6. Usually, the website is fully set up but we were undergoing a Website Revamp - the SSL was turned off after our CEO resigned

What I have gathered is that the only things potentially worth value here are the games. Sadly, .tk domains are worth next to nothing. You aren't legally a company, so I am unsure of why you are calling yourself one.

As for 4.) For your games, do you have any stats for them? Active players, unique player count, monetization stats, literally any numbers to make these worth something.

As for 5.) Since you aren't legally registered as a company, what sort of license is transferred with the content (games, website, domains, etc) that prevents you from using it in the future? Is it a GPL, CC, CC-BY, or such?

Additionally, what do you mean by "in the process of being registered"? Are you a European or US based group? Did you file anything or was it just talk? If you did file something, then what and where?

1. We can provide game stats via email ([email protected]) or you can message us via MC-Market as we'd like to keep those away from the public eye.
2. Both Starr and Surge are licensed under the same licence the engine (Open Surge) uses.
3. We were on track to complete registration in New Mexico, although it was cancelled after our CEO resigned. - We are a group based in the United States.[DOUBLEPOST=1631498803][/DOUBLEPOST]We're willing to let it go for as little as $80![DOUBLEPOST=1631580152][/DOUBLEPOST]UPDATE: BIN LOWERED TO $50!
