My name is iAresko and I'm the Owner of a server called TribalGames, with tribes and custom items and stats. I cannot achieve this by my self so I need your help to make this happen. I am going to need Builders and Developers. When you have joined the discord server and the minecraft server, I will explain things more in depth! This MMORPG server will have the theme of a sci-fi dystopian lore, sort of like The 100 (A TV Show). ------------------
Just a reminder, I will be paying 12$ each developer and 6$ for each builder. THIS IS ONLY IF I MAKE PROFIT. It will be monthly, unless at the beginning I don't have the profit to do so.
Tasks
Both Developers and Builders have important tasks. Each person on the building and development team will be paid, ONLY if you get what I ask done. Builders and developers must work together to achieve their goal's as they both require eachother's assistance.
Developers, you are working on updating the system, plugins, stats, custom items and how the server functions. You each will be given a task dependng on what the Executive Developer asks of you.
Builders, you are working on keeping the map, sections of tribe/clan's bases up to date (you will not be building them, but CHECKING to see if it meets the requirements that I will send to each of you. Each member will directly listen to the Map Manager.
To finish off, each team will have a max amount of spots. Development will only be open for seven individuals. Map Team, (Building team) will be open for fourteen individuals. Head of each team takes a spot, right now we have an Executive Developer and a developer meaning there are five spots open for development, and Map Team is empty. When you join the discord I will brief more in depth. I'll explain the other roles, like the Head of each tribe for example in the discord.
