Tribe system for survival

hey i want to add a custom twist to my survival server.

I had in mind a tribe system, which is like a factions plugin for survival.
The following commands it would have are

tribe top ( more about that later)
tribe set home
tribe set warp
tribe claim
Tribe invite
Tribe kick
tribe duel (more about that later)
Tribe info (tribe name) check he amount of tribe points one tribe has
Tribe ally
Tribe chat ally/faction/all
Tribe ban
tribe promote (officer can claim kick invite set warp and duel)
Tribe upgrade ( tribe leader can use tribe point to add potion effects to tribe members in their claim)



Tribe top would work with tribe points. Tribe points would be available once a player kills the ender dragon or by capturing the koth (ED will be respawned on a regular basis). Tribe duels work in an arena, when if two tribes duel each other, they get teleported in opposites sides of an arena with the gear they had on before the duel. Battle until one of the team is eliminated.
