Lets get things started shall we? I am Gojo, the HR administrator here at Tribewars. My role within the network is to handle recruitment and orientation, facilitate training, and administrate payroll and benefits of our executive team.
Now, here I am going to put on paper how we are looking for our Moderators and Helpers to act when representing our Server. We want you to be yourself, we are seeking the most friendly, strong minded individuals to represent our community. Please do not pretend to be someone who you are not. Pretending to be someone else is hurting yourself because you're proving to yourself that the real you is worthless.
First and foremost, you must be kind and friendly to every member of our community. Pretty self explanatory. Regardless of the situation, maturity and respect must be shown to each and every player. Our goal is to create an environment in which players can turn to Staff members in order to receive advice. Welcome each and every new player to the server and make sure they have the easiest possible time getting started. It is proven that player retention reaches full potential when the staff team is actively open and inviting to new players. You are a direct representation of the community we have forged, act like one.
Remember, you’ll apart of a huge project! Have faith in our administrative team as we will make great deals in order to have the best Network possible! We are investing a great deal of cash, time, and focus in order to create the best project possible. This is a business for us, but on the same token, we want to be able to have the best community possible.
At our current stage in development, we are getting very close to our beta release. This soft release is for our staff team and our close knit team of beta testers. We will be creating a mimic world for this release to polish up any bugs or vulnerabilities that would need to be fixed.
Our goals are the following:
-Friendly Professional Community
-Player Retention
-Consistent new content
-Server reliability
-Strong Marketability
For all of those that would like to apply, here is a list of our requirements:
-Must be exclusive to our server, please do not apply if you are working with other servers.
-Must be at least 13 years old
-You may not ask any staff members to view your application, we will get back to you within 1 week of applying.
-Must not have received any previous punishments on our server.
-Must speak English fluently.
-Must have very well developed grammar.
-Must be registered on our forums.
-Must have have a working microphone.
-Must be able to contribute to staff meetings and polls.
-Must be able to use Discord as a primary communication method.
