Joined the Discord and Server, overall looks like an amazing project. Whoever buys this has a big potential into making this into a major server.

If you would like to sell the server there is one thing that you have to keep in mind and that is that you agreed to my terms and conditions when commissioning me. My terms and conditions clearly state that: "Neither of us will be allowed to distribute the plugin to anyone else without mutual agreement".
Conclusion: you are legally disallowed from selling this with my plugins included, without my written permission.

They clearly state, not in small letters, clearly state that neither you nor me, have the right to distribute the plugin without permission from both sides. It doesn't matter if you like them now or not, you accepted the terms and conditions at the moment of purchase. If you disagreed you shouldn't have ordered my services in the first place.

$5,000 spent on advertisements and a playerbase of 25? Yeah, sure, those 25 players brought in $10,000, which is a profit, but $5,000 should be enough to exponentially grow your playerbase and donations, not flatline at 25.
The only thing you weren't paid for (yet) was the mines and pipes but you deleted them no warning like a child, 2 plugins. Ive paid $1000+ for everything else, every plugin on the server is exactly what i paid you to create for me, nothing else.
