I'm Jordan, the Co-Owner at TrintonCraft and I'm here to announce that our the second cycle official recruitment is now in effect. During this time we will be taking and reviewing applications to become a part of our growing family.

Applications made during this time will be counted, reviewed and finalized However, applications made in between cycles will be withdrawn and can only be re-submitted once the next cycle is in effect.
What Trinton is looking for:
During this recruitment cycle, Trinton is looking for exception staff that are both consistent and reliable. On the official launch for our recruitment scheme, we received a wide array of impressive, promising applications and took on some great additions to our growing family of close staff members, so during this cycle we have high expectations in the applications we'll receive over the next month.

Where do I get started?
If this sounds like the network for you, you can submit an application here click for application form

Is there more?
Trinton is all over the web, here are some links to our sites:

Well that's all from me. From everyone at Trinton, best of luck!

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

That is the only bit where it says you are a Network, other than that there is nothing saying anything about what Trinton is - even with this sentence, Minecraft network? Hosting Network?

There is a lot to get.
I think he's doing this to pretend as if he's a big minecraft server with a lot of players so people actually apply.

All the relevant information has been provided, we're simply looking for staff. I appreciate the feedback however and will look to claify our recruiting for future reference.

To be able to use the word "hire" you must be offering some sort of payment. Therefore I am presuming you are looking for specific people, with specific skills, not just random players have a god complex who seek power over others. So are you looking for developers, builders, system administrators, what exactly are you looking to pay for you?

If you are not willing to pay, then you can not use the word "hiring". Unless you are hiring, you will have better luck of finding server helpers and moderators on PMC. This is a more "professional" forum community.

Give us information on what you are hiring for.
Are we going to be staff on a website, a server, a oil rig company.
No ones going to apply if they don't know what they are getting into.

Considering this is a Minecraft site, it's not hard to understand what it's about I'd imagine.[DOUBLEPOST=1422143216,1422143016][/DOUBLEPOST]HyperCipher That is correct, we will be paying staff with specific skillsets such as development, web design etc but we're also open for general applications, since it's silly to include multiple wording for different reasons, we stuck with "hiring" since the term can be used loosely.

Don't get me wrong, I haven't looked at the feedback and dismissed it, I will making some changes to our recruitment system in the future, since we operate on a cycle basis, this is already out in the open. But we will be making some changes to the clarity and more clearly outlining the information and what we're looking for.
