Then whats the point of having anyone sign it, Legally you need to be 16 iirc to co-sign (parents must also sign) a contract and 18 to sign one on your own. If your not above 18 it will have no legal standing and will mean absolutely nothing apart from allowing you to file a scam report on mcm which you can just do with TOS or common sense.
