Gamemode: Factions
Spawn size: 250x250 or 150x150
War zone size: 250x250 or 150x150
Koth Size: 75x75 a volcano themed
Pvp Arena: 100x100
Terrain: 5kx5k with palm trees and tropical themed with some buildings like 25 dotted around and some places like dungeons under neath so I can place bosses

I would like a tropical spawn and a tropical war zone for a tropical themed setup with a skull and palm trees. Also npc crate area.
