So basically what you are saying is if someone scams their ip should be posted for everyone to see so they can get ddosed.

No, look at the image, there is no IP displayed at all.

I personally don't think any of that information can contribute to judging a user if he's a scammer or not.

I don't see how this helps prevent people from getting scammed. It may work for detecting alternate accounts, but that's not really a major problem (they're usually detected anyway). educating people on how scammers operate is much more effective.

I totally agree.. Just a suggestion relating to what Ivain said, just make a section explaining how scammers react in different situations, this could stop 20% of the people getting scammed.
