I hired a developer to work for me it was going all well until we found out he skids basically. We demoted him and he is saying he has backdoors etc and I am looking for a trusted member to look through these plugins and remove it.

How big are the plugins? I may be able to look through if they aren't too much.

To prevent this you should probably have a team or someone that looks over the developer's code.
