Trying something a little different.

Hello and welcome to my post. I've always wondered how this type of thing would pan out over the course of some time now and finally I'm going to see the feedback. As a lot of buyers of mc-market would know, buying spawns, hubs, lobbies, mines, or whatever everyone is selling can be tricky. Not only do you have to participate in bid-battles over spawns you want or need for your server; you still might want one through someone on Skype and have to deal with building times, builders dropping out and your server opening tomorrow, or maybe you just don't know who to ask. Well I'm here to help. Since the Minecraft marketing and selling world as taken a large toll on the community in such a positive way, why not make a store for people who don't want any hassle? That's one thing I forgot to mention. I'm starting out kind of not too detailed but still enough for an enjoyable spawn just to attract last minute server openers or someone who just needs something as a placeholder for cheap.

I think this is a pretty good idea, but I feel that it might loose its speciality once a few people have brought a product (IE, there will be multiple copies around, therefore making the builds worth less in most opinions)

You should let other people sell builds on there(charge a percentage of commission for use, etc).

What I might do over the weekend is just build a good amount of projects for people to choose from. I want to get a good gauge on if potential buyers are actually interested and willing to pay. And the other builds would be a cool idea. Maybe even help struggling builders get out there?
