Trying to buy Premium

I am trying to purchase Premium on this website. When I try to buy it, it says "

Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay."

I'm not sure what to do. Since it costs $10 I chose to pay $5 from my card and $5 from my PayPal balance. What should I do?

I've tried, I've tried buying vape multiple times. My Error says the same thing as this users however it does not allow me to go back to the merchant. Also I can send money.

if you can send money then its probably just your account.... tbh ive never had a similar situation like that.
