Trying to gain a steady player-base.

Hi, so before I start this I'd like to pre-face this by saying the server has been up for a month now. We average around 5-15 players on weekdays, and 10-25 on weekends. I'm trying really hard to get the server name out their but I seem to be running into a lot of dead ends.

So far, I've sent around 30 emails to various YouTubers with a budget of around 200+ and have gotten no responses. Yesterday(Friday) I purchased a slot for an hour and gained 0 players from it. So, my dilemma is that I can't find ways to grow my player count. If anyone has any suggestions comment down below anything will help.

Add your server to as many servers lists as you can, www.minecraft-server-list.com, www.minetrack.net, or www.mcserverland.com are just a few. The more free exposure you get, the higher your chances of growing a larger player base!

I've already put my servers on around 6-7 lists, hasn't worked so far.

www.mcserverland.com I did not purchase one, but they are cheap.

Doesnt look like it gets much traffic at all.
I'd recommend minecraft-mp or minecraftservers.org

Yeah but that slot is a loss of money imo.

I bought a slot on Minecraft-MP slot #3 for an hour and didn't gain a single player in that time period.

Ah, I rented a day and we got over 2k unique joins and made 2x the amount we spent on the slot.

No idea, guess I wasn't lucky or something.. :C
