Trying to settle an argument with a friend

Hey, so I wanted to see how much this server is worth.

1. 20-40 average players, highest was 41
2. Made $200 last month
3. Website setup, doesn't have forums though
4. Tebex setup with GFX (5 ranks, 2 keys, 4 kits)
5. Instagram & Twitter accounts all at 100 followers
6. Discord with 500 members
7. Proxy, Hub, Factions, KitPvP and BedWars
8. A .org domain
9. A logo and some GFX work
10. Over 10,000 aggregate views on youtube
11. 114+ Plugins, 10 of which are custom and around 20 of which are paid. All plugins are configured to fit a color scheme and there are many features which I won't name for now. Premium maps & premium work done all around.
12. Cost $200 to make and a few hundred man hours.

I'm no professional amongst the scene of selling Minecraft servers but I would personally pay $50, easily, for a server with the details you've described. Certain buyers will pay much more depending on the time and financial situation they are in.

Sold a server with similar descriptions, just in a survival form. Obviously not an expert but I can see it go for $100-$150 with the active playerbase the server has.
