Hey!
So, I like what you're trying to get going on and I think you do have potential, however who's to say that a little constructive criticism isn't to be had? ;) Anywho, to start off from the beginning, I think that having an overall better thread design would definitely attract a lot more customers. If it looks convenient and pretty, it will for sure attract the eye's of people! I also think that it would be for the better if you slapped your portfolio on imgur.com, it's more simple, easy, and works better. Now, for your build, I definitely think that you could've added more examples of your build, instead of what looks to be one building and some interior. And though I think that what you were shooting for was great, it could definitely use some work. For example, for your little exterior house I think that there could've definitely been a better progression throughout the detailing, and instead of trying to make it all one shape (the roof is the same perimeter of the building, just slowly caving in) try to expand on it, add some shape, make it interesting! I do like your use of vines and grass however, very creative. Depth is also a very important thing when it comes to building as-well. Make sure that not only does the exterior of your build has depth, but also has detailing because that also will grab not only attention, but it would make it look a lot better, ya know? But be sure to not go overboard with detailing or else it gives off a messy vibe (unless, that's what you want to do!) Now, for the interior, the pallete seems a little bland, for example the only real 2 colors that are there consists of gray and green. Be sure to spice it up! And things like cyan clay, or clay, or even just more cobblestone to mix with the wall. I like the path you got going, however that could also use a little more flavor, for example, throw in dirt, or stone brick, and ask yourself, "What's the story of this area?" and that is practically the question that'll help you get started on any build. For example, say that it was an underground and abandoned bunker for knights. Add a few scattered broken crates, structures attached to the wall decaying and crumbling, maybe some ol' mining wagons, who knows, just be creative with it!

In the end, I really do like what you were aiming for but even though this may be tl;dr this is just some of my advice on this. Good luck with your building career!

You should give base prices for some things. Such as, how much would a 100x100 Spawn be? Or a 50x50 Hub? Just a suggestion. May help people understand your pricing better.
