Does anyone here have trypophobia and how extreme is it?

I have very severe trypophobia and it can get triggered by looking at the smallest cluster of dots.

Just looked up trypophobia and my pc started to crash.

Well the plant was the original reason trypophobia was 'made'. A forum user spotted it and it triggered his brain. It spread on the internet afterwards. The pictures of animals with dots as faces and human limbs made of dots are all fake. Phobia is a mental thing, to be scared of. It's not a disease we're you get holes on your body. The reason those pictures are there, is because they started appearing in horror films.

I didn't have it until I saw the "badly photoshopped" holes on people's limbs. Then it just went crazy in me.

Being disgusted by the photoshopped images of holes in skin doesn't mean you have tryphophobia. That's a normal thing to be disgusted by.

Tryphophobia is being scared of things like bubbles in milk, or something like that.

Seeing nasty shit in someone's skin and being disgusted is normal. Doesn't mean you have trypophobia. If you're disgusted by images like the one I just showed, then you might.

I have it, so like for example sometimes when a piece of bread has a ton of holes in it it makes me uncomfortable and I can't look at it.
One specific example would be when I went to a restaurant and they had this type of bread:
