I have a very bad report to say to this user. I would NOT trust this user or doing anything for this user. He is a known scum. This is MY opinion on this player.

Well, he mass-messaged and said that he is selling vHCF I ask for some proof and he provides that proof but once I ask for the proof of the .jar he instantly blocks me. I see no reason to block for asking for proof, valid proof would make more users want to purchase from this known scumbag. Here is a little bit of proof of him blocking // saying what I said above. This has nothing to do with purchasing a Teamspeak server. If you want to "expose" him I would recommend posting it on his profile.
