Tuinity 1.16.3 Enable Gravity Block Duping

I am looking for a plugin or possible way to enable sand duping (gravity block duplication with end portals ). Tuinity is a fork of paper spigot that I use for my SMP server but it disables this. Is there any way that I can enable it? Willing to pay.
