I wanna know how to turn the server on, Not installing it. I looked through that already .

Like to stop the server it's "Stop"

I'm guessing u missed the bit at the bottom.

To start the Minecraft server in screen, open a screen instance, then run the Java command again.

screen
java -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M -jar minecraft_server.jar nogui

EDIT: If you are running a bukkit or spigot version then replace minecraft_server.jar for example spigot.jar
