Tutorial Plugin?

Anyone know a plugin where when you right click on a NPC it will go through a customizable tutorial in chat as well as on your screen such as titlemotdadvanced?

That would be a combination of citizens to spawn in the npc with /npc create name (if you want it to be a player) or /npc create name --type villager (that might be a bit off, going off of memory). Next plugin being commandNPC. Should be self-explanatory. And a plugin like my command to have the player run whichever command you set with commandNPC, this may also be text as you want it.
As much as everyone would like a single plugin to do that, there just isn't on out there that I have managed to find. I can help you in the morning (if you're in the US, if not, a few hours or something) if you choose to use that method as it's a fairly easy set-up.

I'm not too sure. I think title manager might do that. I've never used it so I wouldn't know but any title displaying plugin should do the trick as you can run multiple commands through one with the plugin my command, just be sure that your anti cheat plugin does detect it as spamming commands.
