Tutorial plugin.

Hey!

I'm in need of a very easy and simple plugin, a tutorial one. Basically when someone does /tutorial, their chat is locked so they see no messages, but normal chat goes on. Then in config lines starting being sent into the chat so that single player can see only him, they need to be able to be easily configured and after each line, there needs to be able to set a delay for the person to read, at the same time there needs to be so that player gets warped to different warps on different lines. This could be an example config.

line: 'Welcome to &2&oCryptiverse'
command: /warp mine
delay: 3

If you can make this for the cheapest amount possible leave your skype and price.

No so it sends the player a message that no one see's except him, and he doesn't see normal chat.
