Tutorial Plugin

So on our server we are having an issue explaining to players the concepts and features that our server offers. We are looking for a developer to make a plugin that would teleport players to locations in the prison where they can get an overview with titles giving players a description, and then would show the next area etc. This would be fairly similar to the Hive where it tps you to different locations and gives a description of the rules before playing Deathrun. It would have to be run by command to put them into a tutorial. Also we would like it to by default put players in the tutorial on first join. Our budget for this plugin is around $25 however we are flexible. If you at all interested be sure to PM me, and we can discuss it more.

Why don't you just use Holographic Displays plugin and just TP players to the separate rooms? A plugin is not needed for this but if you would like this made contact me on skype 'faithcodes' and I will get this done for you if you provide me with some more information.

I understand what your saying I currently already use holographic displays however I want to use titles and teleport the players to ex. the cells so they know what they are and what the look like, then to the shop with a "shop" title and subtitle "sell your materials here" stuff like that so that they actually get to know the surroundings and where everything is.

Really bud, this isn't even related to Deathrun it was simply used as a comparison for a plugin request. Can someone please close this thread?
