Twitch GFX (Sub badges and emotes)

Hello, I'm currently in need of someone to make me some Twitch graphics consisting of an overlay, banner, logo, theme, panels, custom sub badges, emotes, alerts, etc.., basically the whole Twitch package, for my gaming channel.

Twitch/YouTube Banner: Something similar to this, except with a different background and design:

Twitch sub badges: One month, 3 month, 6 month/1 year sub badges (One of each)
Twitch emotes: 3 custom emotes, compatible with Discord (Tier1, Tier2, Tier3)
Design/style: Penguins from the movie Penguins of the Madagascar or Happy Feet
Budget: $50-$70, prices may fluctuate depending on the quality of what I'm buying.
