Twitch Live Editor

Hey! I was just wondering as I have got into livestreaming a lot more recently. Is there a program that could act as a live editor if you have a shared channel.

For example the live streamer could stream directly to this source (website) and on that website another person could edit the final cut (add scenes, music and more) before it finally goes out live to the viewers?

This is pure speculation to see if this software or system is out there

I am more doing it for the design of allowing multiple people to be streaming at once. More of a multi hub streaming system.

I know there's a way to do that with YouTube streaming not sure about twitch
