Twitch name question

So I am trying to get a twitch name and it says username not available but no account exists "Unless you've got a time machine this page is unavailable"

The account was not active when I checked a couple days ago, I messaged them asking if i could buy the name I check today and there name is changed for some reason, and the old name does not exst
