High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Quality and seeming professional can take you a long way. Consistency as well is definitely a good way. Stream what you like and make a community, take that community to other games as well. I do recommend you get stuff such as nightbot set up with the commands and all. Good luck!

I totally agree with Scooby until the nightbot. I would recommend using StreamElements with OBS.Live (in conjunction with OBS Studio), lets you set up your own username instead to make it look more professional. For example my bot's username is "Birbln".

I stream on Twitch and I just want to say, stream how you want, don't let anyone backseat stream you, but also enjoy yourself. No point streaming if it's not going to be a hobby for you, as that's mostly what it is. Receiving money or income from it is unlikely due to how fluctuated the market is, and it takes consistency to build up a community that may consider it.

Don't look at the numbers too much. People get let down easily by the numbers but if you enjoy the numbers and the people coming to check you out then that's a plus. Would also recommend checking your chat often as viewers get turned away from inattentive streamers.

I would also sign up on Reddit and join the Subreddit @ https://reddit.com/r/twitch. Many discussions there taking place, such as advice, technical problems (which can help benefit you), you can set your link up as your flair so every post or comment (on the Subreddit itself) has your link, which may help you network.

You might also want to check out SmallStreamerCommunity on Discord. If you join and speak in chat enough to get to MEE6 level #5, and put SSC in your title (somewhere, doesn't matter where), it'll then put you at the top of the Discord member list in a live now section. I've gotten many followers that way that helped me reach affiliate.

If you haven't already, sign up on Twitter and use hashtags with your link. You may get involved with retweet bots but if your name gets out there it'll benefit.

Just a little update since my past post.

I would recommend using the Subreddit I linked as more of an advertisement ground (don't directly advertise/create posts) but comment enough to get your name out there. Don't go into the serious or channel review pages. I got permanently banned for those specific threads because I didn't review other channels.. Despite me being the first one to post.

The Subreddit is very badly moderated and managed with total bias. So use it for definite, but don't take any of it seriously. A load of information on there is straight up garbage.

If you truly believe you would like to grow as a streamer on twitch, I'd say it is important to have a regular schedule and to remain active on there as well. The more you stream, the more people will find interest in spending their time on your channel. Never give up and you will reach your goal ;)
