Yes it is, but getting ban is highly un-likely I have done this plenty of times and haven't got ban once! If anything they will take the views away.

It still possible. They do notice. If my channel (30 or so subs) got 6 k views I think they would be suspicious.

They might but, they don't go around checking. Tbh half of the small youtubers do this... I have customers that do it for all there videos every time.

Haha lol already did a couple vouch copies I have a order currently running for 400 I'll vouch views if needed. Subs are too expensive to vouch xD Already have such cheap prices!
